Product Description

Heaterk manufactures heat resistant fabrics and textiles designed for use as heat seals and insulation in moderate to severe environments.

In 2000, we started producing High Temp Fabric for use as seals for gas fireplaces and pellet stoves. Since then, we have designed a wide variety of textiles for use as heat seals and barriers in numerous industries.

Heaterk® heat resistant fabrics and textiles are made from a variety of substrates and have continuous operating temperatures (without oxygen present) from 400°F • 204°C to 5000°F • 2760°C. Many standard products are available in configurations of knitted or woven fabrics, knitted or woven tapes, knitted or woven ropes (round and square), and knitted or woven sleeves.

We can also laminate with foils or pressure sensitive adhesives, or apply special coatings for applications requiring increased heat, abrasion or chemical resistance.
